📋 Description

• Support client business processes and operations activities to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables • Communicate client business issues, operating rules, data, and standard operating procedures • Execute and improve predefined operational processes • Analyze structured claims and patient datasets, including DRG, IQVIA, McKesson, and Symphony claims • Build and optimize SQL queries and pipelines; use Excel and Python for automation and analysis • Implement process improvements with the Senior Data Analyst and Operations Delivery Lead • Translate business requirements into technology solutions and build operational subject matter expertise • Perform quality checks and validations and report results to the Operations Delivery Lead • Execute operational models and assist in defining more efficient models with documentation • Coordinate with stakeholders across time zones to ensure timely client delivery • Test new and updated operational procedures • Coordinate multiple tasks and work on multiple client assignments • Collaborate with internal Precision Medicine Group teams • Track unplanned internal and client tasks • Conduct secondary research and investigate client questions related to operational deliveries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related quantitative discipline (Engineering or Physical Sciences) • 1–2 years of experience using data mining languages/tools such as SQL • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel with VBA, and PowerPoint • Ability to create custom code mapping to project business objectives • Experience with pharmaceutical, managed markets consulting, or analytics consulting is advantageous • Experience working with people in different time zones • Experience leading delivery of analytic results to internal or external clients • Master’s degree, MBA/PGDM/equivalent preferred • Product development, management, or operations experience preferred • Modeling capabilities in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI preferred • US healthcare expertise preferred • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship
