📋 Description

• Serve as the primary client point-of-contact and provide outstanding customer service • Participate in proposal activities, client presentations and Bid Defense preparation • Oversee all aspects of clinical research trials and assigned portfolios • Direct project managers through project establishment, planning, initiation, procurement, execution and closing • Manage study budgets, scope, change orders and project profitability • Oversee billable project hours, accurate billing and forecasting • Develop or oversee comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk management and mitigation • Ensure quality management, eTMF inspection readiness, quality notifications and CAPA plans • Establish tracking metrics for trial and team progress • Prepare project status updates, KPI reports and presentations for clients and senior management • Lead internal and client meetings and drive program or study-level strategies • Oversee cross-functional project teams and trial execution • Communicate protocol and study issues and implement necessary actions • Deliver formal presentations to colleagues, investigative staff and clients • Ensure study-specific training implementation and compliance • Mentor associate project managers, project managers and senior project managers • Provide feedback and annual performance reviews for functional team members • Identify project-level performance problems and ensure corrective actions • Participate in departmental updates and company SOP development • Remain compliant with organizational training, time reporting and administrative requirements • Perform other duties as assigned • Support Precision for Medicine’s work enabling precision medicine through clinical trial designs, operational and medical expertise, biomarker and data analytics solutions, and focus on rare diseases and oncology

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in a science or health-related field for North America; EU requires a degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in a science or health-related field • Advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience or proven competencies for this position • Minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC and CTMS • Experience managing highly complex and global studies or a portfolio of studies • Mastery knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant Precision SOPs • Excellent knowledge of project management techniques and tools • Highly experienced in a cross-functional project management environment • Strong understanding of cross-functional management • Strong understanding of project planning, risk management and change management • Highly experienced in pharmaceutical and/or device research • Expertise in strategic planning, risk management and change management • Expert understanding of project management software • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays
