📋 Description

• Serve as the primary client liaison and provide customer service, including proposal activities and client presentations • Oversee all aspects of clinical research trials and assigned portfolios • Direct project managers through project establishment, planning, initiation, procurement, execution and closing • Manage study budgets, scope, change orders and project profitability • Oversee financial health, billable hours, billing compliance and forecasting • Develop or oversee comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk mitigation and change management • Ensure quality management, eTMF inspection readiness, quality notifications and corrective/preventive action plans • Establish tracking metrics for trial and team progress • Prepare project status updates, KPI reports and presentations for clients and senior management • Lead internal and client meetings and drive study-level strategies • Oversee cross-functional project teams and trial execution • Communicate protocol/study issues and implement necessary actions • Conduct formal presentations, including bid defenses • Ensure study-specific training and compliance • Support business development and marketing activities, including bid defense travel • Mentor project managers and provide performance feedback • Participate in departmental updates and SOP development • Identify project-level performance problems and ensure corrective actions • Complete required training, time reporting and administrative duties • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• North America: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred • EU: Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 8 years of clinical research or proven competencies for this position • Minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC and CTMS • Experience managing highly complex and global studies or a portfolio of studies • Mastery knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant Precision SOPs • Excellent knowledge of project management techniques and tools • Highly experienced in cross-functional project management environments • Strong understanding of cross-functional management, project planning, risk management and change management • Highly experienced in pharmaceutical and/or device research • Expertise in strategic planning, risk management and change management, with ability to implement independently • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays • Excellent organizational, analytical, presentation, verbal and written communication, negotiation, decision-making, conflict management and interpersonal skills • Ability to work and plan independently and in a team environment
