📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's financial reporting framework and general ledger structure • Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close • Support external tax agents with GST, VAT, WHT, corporate income tax returns, and other statutory filings • Support day-to-day INFOR ERP operations, including journal entries, cash postings, intercompany billings, and account reconciliations • Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet schedules • Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Human Resources, business units, and outsourced service providers to resolve accounting issues • Assist with audits and provide required documentation • Develop and implement processes, procedures, and system enhancements to strengthen internal controls and improve efficiency • Identify process optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Perform ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned • Perform other duties assigned by the line manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field • Minimum of six years of experience in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance, preferably within a multinational environment • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship • CPA or equivalent (preferred) • Experience with INFOR and ERP transformation or migration projects (preferred) • Experience in the CRO industry or a related healthcare/life sciences environment (preferred)
