📋 Description

• Review, draft, negotiate and track confidentiality disclosure agreements, clinical trial agreements, amendments, site budgets and other documents • Work closely with the Clinical Operations study team to align deliverables with project timelines and expectations • Prepare and negotiate vendor contracts and site budgets • Lead interactions with North American and European internal study teams • Lead interactions with sites and sponsors regarding assigned agreements • Resolve contractual issues with supervisors and internal/external stakeholders • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and contracting standards • Update study team members and sponsors on contract negotiation and execution status • Coordinate agreement execution • Maintain contract files and databases, including email and document archiving • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent contract management experience preferably in a clinical research or similar industry setting • 3 years of relevant experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements related to clinical research, including Non-Disclosure Agreements and Clinical Trial Agreements • Experience managing, controlling and tracking the contract process • Experience in contract research, life science, biotech or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
