📋 Description

• Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites • Ensure studies are conducted, recorded, and reported according to protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations and standards • Coordinate activities required to set up and monitor studies • Identify investigators • Help prepare regulatory submissions • Conduct pre-study and initiation visits • Travel to sites for morning visits • Identify potential study risks and propose mitigation solutions • Prepare for investigator meetings, site visits, and project team updates • Handle conflicts using resolution strategies • Take responsibility for the quality and outcomes of work

🎯 Requirements

• Life science degree and / or equivalent experience • 2 years or more as a CRA in either a CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech industry, or equivalent relevant experience and/or demonstrated competencies • Site management or equivalent experience in clinical research • Experience managing oncology studies • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Team player • Client-focused approach • Availability for domestic travel, including overnight stays, with approximately 50–60% travel commitment • Fluency in English and Dutch • French is a plus • Preferred: experience with study start-up activities • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship • Please apply in English
