📋 Description

• Serve as primary client liaison and provide customer service, including proposal activities and client presentations • Oversee all aspects of clinical research trials and assigned portfolios • Direct project managers through project establishment, planning, initiation, procurement, execution and closing • Manage study budgets, scope, change orders and financial health • Oversee project profitability, billable hours, billing and forecasting • Develop or oversee comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk management and mitigation • Ensure quality management, eTMF inspection readiness, quality notifications and corrective/preventative action plans • Establish tracking metrics for trial and team progress • Prepare status updates, KPI reports and presentations for clients and senior management • Lead internal and client meetings and drive study-level strategies • Oversee cross-functional project teams and trial execution • Communicate protocol/study issues and implement necessary actions • Conduct formal presentations, including bid defenses • Ensure study-specific training and compliance • Support business development and marketing activities, including bid defense travel • Mentor associate, project and senior project managers • Contribute to departmental updates and company SOP development • Provide ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews for functional team members • Identify project-level performance problems and ensure corrective action • Perform assigned duties and remain compliant with training, time-reporting and administrative requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in science or health-related field for EU roles; advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience or proven competencies for this position • Minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC and CTMS • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service demeanor • Experience managing highly complex and global studies or a portfolio of studies • Mastery knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant Precision SOPs • Excellent knowledge of project management techniques and tools • Highly experienced in cross-functional project management • Strong understanding of cross-functional management • Strong understanding of project planning, risk management and change management • High level of integrity and professional and ethical standards • Ability to lead and inspire excellence within a study team • Demonstrated excellence in time management, negotiation, critical thinking, decision making, analytical, interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills • Expert understanding of project management software • Highly experienced in pharmaceutical and/or device research • Expertise in strategic planning, risk management and change management • Highly developed customer orientation, influence, negotiation and conflict management skills • Ability to work and plan independently and in a team environment • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays
