📋 Description

• Independently lead clinical projects in accordance with the study budget and scope of work • Set and achieve contracted and financial project objectives • Run international trials as needed • Serve as the primary client liaison and provide excellent customer service • Participate in proposal activities and client presentations • Liaise with project teams and senior management, including C-level stakeholders • Handle and lead all aspects of clinical research trials • Manage all functional areas, including data management, safety, clinical, medical monitoring, and biostatistics • Prepare project status updates for clients and management • Identify key deliverables, success metrics, and escalation needs • Contribute to efficient management and execution of trials • Prepare and review protocols and study documentation, including project plans, informed consents, site contracts, and budgets • Provide full-service oversight for global/regional Phase I–IV oncology trials, ensuring timelines, scope, cost, and quality

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or similar related life science qualification, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Previous experience in a full service/global Project Management role working in the CRO industry • Extensive experience in Clinical Operations within a CRO • At least 4 years of full service Project Management experience in a clinical trial setting working for a Clinical Research Organisation • Experience managing studies within Oncology • Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process • Ability to drive and availability for domestic and international travel including overnight stays • Effective written and spoken English communication • Strong presentation skills • Proven computer skills: MS Office, MS Project, and PowerPoint • Software experience: CTMS, eTMF, EDC, and IXRS • Ability to develop positive working relationships internally and externally • Core understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities related to execution of a clinical development plan • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship
