• Managing projects from planning through to completion • Coordinating trades, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers • Maintaining strong on-site oversight and programme management • Driving construction progress and resolving site issues proactively • Managing procurement, budgets, variations, and project reporting • Running site meetings and coordinating project communications • Ensuring quality, compliance, and health & safety standards are maintained • Working closely with leadership on delivery strategy and project performance
• Proven experience in project management • Strong site management experience • Understanding of commercial and residential construction methodologies • Trade background in carpentry or related hands-on construction experience is highly valued • Organized and commercially aware • Confident leading teams on site
