📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of core backend services for high-performance, complex distributed systems • Take ownership of key technology decisions • Build for scale and optimise for output • Use modern development practices such as BDD and TDD • Create clear, modern, well-tested code • Collaborate across teams in a product-driven environment • Conduct code reviews • Continuously improve ways of working • Create detailed internal documentation for projects • Participate in the interview process, including an intro call, hiring manager interview, role-specific challenge, and values-alignment interview

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth understanding of the entire development process (design, development and deployment) • Knowledge of building developer frameworks and workflows • Experience in Python is advantageous • Payments knowledge • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly motivated self-starter who values autonomy and getting things done • Must be based in Poland, Portugal, Hungary, Romania, or South Africa • Must have appropriate working rights in the country of residence
