📋 Description

• Manage, maintain, and optimize client infrastructure including servers, networks, Azure, Microsoft 365, and security solutions • Lead and execute IT projects end-to-end, including migrations, deployments, upgrades, and cloud transitions • Implement and enforce security frameworks such as CMMC, NIST, and other compliance standards across client environments • Troubleshoot escalated L3 technical issues and mentor junior engineers • Develop and maintain documentation for client systems, policies, and procedures • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver solutions on time and within scope • Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities, outages, and compliance gaps

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in an MSP environment (preferred) • Strong technical expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy • Experience with virtualization using VMware and Hyper-V • Experience with cloud services including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune • Experience with firewalls, networking, and endpoint security solutions • Hands-on experience with compliance/security frameworks including CMMC, NIST, HIPAA, or SOC 2 • Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Relevant certifications preferred, including CompTIA Security+, Microsoft, CISSP, CISM, or CMMC-related credentials
