📋 Description

• Monitor trading platforms to ensure uptime and execution quality • Oversee trade flow, execution, and pricing in real time • Identify and escalate execution issues, slippage anomalies, or pricing gaps • Manage trading sessions, market openings/closings, and instrument configurations • Monitor liquidity feeds and ensure competitive spreads and depth • Liaise with liquidity providers to resolve pricing or execution issues • Analyze spread widening, latency, and execution quality (markouts, slippage) • Assist in optimizing routing and aggregation settings • Monitor client positions, exposure, and overall risk in real time • Support hedging strategies and execution of risk mitigation actions • Identify unusual trading activity or potential abuse, including arbitrage and latency exploitation • Handle trade adjustments, corrections, and dispute investigations • Ensure accuracy of trade records and reconciliation • Act as first responder for trading-related incidents • Investigate platform issues, outages, or abnormal market behavior • Coordinate with tech teams and external providers to resolve issues quickly • Meet KPIs for platform uptime, execution quality, spread competitiveness, liquidity performance, incident response, resolution efficiency, trade handling, and reporting accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in trading operations, dealing desk, or brokerage environment • Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, or crypto markets • Familiarity with trading platforms • Python scripting skills — ability to write and maintain automation scripts for monitoring, data extraction, reconciliation, and routine operational tasks • SQL skills — writing queries (joins, aggregations, window functions) against trading and client databases for investigation, reporting, and anomaly detection • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure • Problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making ability • Excellent communication skills • Shift-based role aligned with global market hours • On-call availability for critical incidents may be required
