📋 Description

• Further develop the workforce management portfolio • Define target architectures and solution components • Develop SaaS and vertical solution concepts • Ensure compliance with working time laws, collective agreements, and industry- or KRITIS-specific requirements • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate relevant legal and regulatory changes • Initiate and support implementation of required adjustments and new features • Define functional requirements for R&D • Support audit and compliance requirements • Develop efficient shift and deployment models • Analyze and optimize personnel costs • Define relevant KPIs and analytics concepts • Support simulations and scenario modeling • Collaborate with Engineering on interfaces to HR, ERP, time and attendance, and access control systems • Clarify data structure and information exchange requirements to support API and data model definition • Support complex tenders • Conduct workshops with key accounts • Create business cases and value arguments • Act as domain owner for Workforce and interface between Product Management, R&D, Legal, Sales, and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field • At least 5–8 years of experience in workforce management, HR IT systems, time & attendance, or operations management • In-depth knowledge of working time regulations (EU) • Experience with collective agreement logic and company agreements • Understanding of HR and ERP systems • Experience with integration architectures, APIs, and data models • Strong analytical skills • Experience in KPI definition and efficiency analysis • Very good English language skills, both written and spoken • Strategic thinking and strong execution skills • High sensitivity to regulatory requirements • Ability to structure and articulate complex requirements clearly • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong affinity for SaaS
