📋 Description

• Work in tax intelligence, combining technical expertise with analytical ability to develop tax models, structure tax databases, and create tax analytics solutions • Develop advanced tax models for IBS, CBS, ICMS, ICMS-ST, DIFAL, PIS/COFINS, ISS, and IRPJ/CSLL • Structure tax databases in Data Lake/Lakehouse environments using SQL, DAX, and Power Query • Create executive Power BI dashboards to monitor tax burden, risks, incentives, and opportunities • Implement predictive analyses related to legislative changes, pricing, product mix, and channels • Prepare lawful tax planning studies, simulating scenarios and impacts • Identify opportunities for credit recovery and optimization of tax flows • Support Business, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Product teams with advanced tax analyses • Support decisions on product launches, NCM code changes, reclassifications, packaging, and routes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields • Postgraduate degree in Taxation, Analytics, Finance, or Data Engineering is a plus • Strong knowledge of indirect and direct taxation: ICMS (multi-state), ICMS-ST, PIS/COFINS, ISS, IRPJ/CSLL • Experience with tax data modeling • Proficient in Power BI, including DAX and M/Power Query, for dashboard development • Proficient in SQL for data querying • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivot and handling large datasets • Investigative and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills • Clear communicator able to translate technical results for non-tax managers • Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Curiosity and critical thinking oriented toward continuous improvement
