📋 Description

• Design user interfaces and design components for the next generation of Proalpha’s product portfolio • Further develop the company-wide Design System • Create reusable components, variants, tokens, and design specifications • Ensure that components, patterns, and designs meet quality, accessibility, and usability standards • Support product and engineering teams in developing user-friendly solutions—from product analysis and UX concept development to UI design and consulting • Work closely with frontend developers and support the process from initial concept through technical implementation • Use modern tools and AI-assisted methods to develop prototypes, concepts, and innovative design solutions • Create a consistent, modern, and scalable user experience across multiple products

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Media Informatics, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on Design Systems, enterprise software, or SaaS products • Proficiency in Figma • Experience building and further developing Design Systems, component libraries, design tokens, and variables • Structured, quality-conscious, and pragmatic approach, with a focus on scalable and reusable solutions • Good German language skills • English language skills for communication in an international environment
