📋 Description

• Own and shape the infrastructure behind PROBIS, a cloud-based real estate cost-management and financial project-controlling platform • Maintain and optimize Azure-hosted Kubernetes clusters • Implement and refine Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi with TypeScript and Terraform • Design scalable cloud architectures aligned with business requirements • Ensure reliable deployment processes and implement build/deployment strategies improving frontend and backend performance • Monitor and optimize microservices architecture performance • Deploy, configure, and maintain Keycloak instances across environments • Implement federation with external Identity Providers • Configure and optimize SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2 authentication flows • Manage user federation, role mappings, and client configurations • Design and maintain custom authentication flows when required • Implement and maintain ETL pipelines for internal and external data warehouses • Configure and optimize text extraction tools for document processing • Design and deploy middleware connectors for external API integration • Support AI service deployment and integration within the application stack • Ensure secure and efficient data flow between systems • Establish and maintain the custom identity management system • Implement and enforce infrastructure security best practices • Configure and optimize network security with Cloudflare and Nginx • Enhance monitoring using Grafana, Azure Monitor, Mezmo, Lens, and other tools • Implement proactive alerting and incident response protocols • Optimize log management and analysis • Work closely with development teams • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering organization • Contribute directly to architectural decisions and technology selection

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure • Extensive hands-on experience building Infrastructure as Code, ideally with Pulumi/TypeScript and/or Terraform • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments • Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines • Strong understanding of GitOps principles and modern Git workflows • Strong analytical thinking; self-motivated and comfortable working independently • Excellent communication skills in English • Hands-on experience with Keycloak or another identity/access management platform, and familiarity with SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2 (nice-to-have) • Practical knowledge of microservices architecture and service mesh technologies (nice-to-have) • Experience with data warehouse ETL processes and middleware integration (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with the React ecosystem and modern build tools, or with .NET package optimization and deployment (nice-to-have) • Curiosity about AI service integration and text extraction tooling (nice-to-have) • Ability to optimize cloud resources for performance and cost-efficiency (nice-to-have) • Microsoft Azure certifications or willingness to obtain them (nice-to-have) • Either a Master's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent practical experience • Fast learner with curiosity about emerging technologies • Solution-oriented approach to challenges
