📋 Description

• Lead medium and large-scale IT projects using the Salesforce platform • Collaborate with Consultants, Engineers, and Designers to define scope and estimate project budgets • Document and obtain client approval for project requirements • Plan complex projects from initiation to launch using agile methodologies • Lead scrum rituals including stand-ups, sprint planning and grooming, release planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement • Manage and motivate cross-functional teams • Coordinate with resource management to ensure appropriate project staffing • Monitor and report on project scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements • Communicate project status with internal and external stakeholders • Mitigate project risks and resolve blockers • Own project decisions and align delivery with client goals and fusionSpan standards • Serve as the primary contact between clients and project teams • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain client satisfaction • Maintain project knowledge bases using Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, and Asana • Navigate client discussions about scope, budget, and schedule adjustments

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical background and understanding of agile methodologies, scrum, waterfall, and software development processes • Minimum 2 years of project management experience • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams on successful technical projects in a consulting environment • Experience managing project risks and controlling scope, budget, and schedule • Strong leadership, negotiation, written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Salesforce or enterprise CRM knowledge preferred • Experience in entrepreneurial and startup environments preferred • Legal eligibility to work in the country of application
