📋 Description

• Lead QA strategy and design scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, and end-to-end testing • Build and maintain regression and functional test suites • Ensure quality gates within CI/CD pipelines • Gather and analyze business requirements • Translate requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria • Validate end-to-end workflows and integrations across frontend, APIs, and backend systems, including orders, payments, financial, and transactional processes • Partner with stakeholders to support UAT • Identify gaps and drive alignment between business, product, and engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years in QA with a strong automation background, running quality across enterprise platforms • Hands-on experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) • Experience with UI automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright • Understanding of automation frameworks and test design patterns • Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions • Strong experience in requirement analysis and functional validation • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria • Experience validating enterprise workflows, integrations, and financial/transactional processes • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset • Working hours from 11:00 am–7:00 pm local time to overlap with US hours • Poland location question included in application • Nice to have: SAP integrations (SOAP services), Salesforce or similar platforms, performance testing, AI-driven testing tools
