📋 Description

• Respond to first-line medical, pharmaceutical, and consumer information requests across all reception media • Detect vigilance cases and transfer them to the second line or document them as required by the client • Record cases on paper and/or computer in French and Dutch • Restore managed calls in the ad hoc tool • Draft written responses to healthcare professionals under the supervision of a medical information pharmacist • Carry out quality control of telephone call reports according to the current decision tree • Receive, file, and acknowledge documents sent by client laboratories • Maintain IT sub-units up to date • Report files to client laboratories when necessary • Participate in telephone permanence • Participate in drafting procedures, operating methods, and agreements related to the activity

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma in Sciences / Degree / Master 1 or 2 • French and Dutch fluency • Excel / Word proficiency • Similar experience preferred • Experience responding to medical, pharmaceutical, or consumer information requests • Experience detecting and documenting vigilance cases after adequate training • Ability to record and handle cases in French and Dutch • Ability to participate in telephone permanence according to determined days and hours
