📋 Description
• Assist small business insurance and acquisition partners with data analysis and reporting • Build and maintain datamarts using ETLs • Interact daily with business customers • Serve as knowledge expert to Data Governance team, IT partners, and Progressive Home • Prepare business specific data analysis, build new and maintain existing multidimensional cubes, and reporting to aid decision-making
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) • Minimum of 2 years designing/developing, programming and supporting software programs/applications • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 4 years related work experience • Proficiency with the Microsoft BI stack SSIS, T-SQL querying to design & implement ETL’s & Datamart • Proficiency with Tableau or similar reporting tools • Strong knowledge of data warehousing & modeling, maintaining & building Multidimensional Cubes • Nice to have working knowledge in Snowflake • Scripting language skills C# and/or Python to aid with complex ETL structures & some application development
