📋 Description

• Support the development and growth of new business areas • Independently track progress toward goals • Support the management team with organizational and administrative tasks • Support the management team with subsidiaries and new projects, such as an IT company, car sharing, tiny houses, and new spaces • Prepare decision papers, presentations, and graphics, including analyses • Facilitate communication between the management team, external business partners, and employees in German and English • Prepare and follow up on meetings and conference calls, including taking minutes • Coordinate and monitor appointments, and prioritize the management team's agenda • Organize international and domestic business travel • Prepare expense reports

🎯 Requirements

• You are studying business administration, law, engineering, or a related field • Excellent German and strong English skills • Reliable and independent working style • Willingness to work at a fast pace and passion for making things happen • Structured and conscientious approach to work • Availability for a 40-hour-per-week internship • Initial experience in startups, agencies, or consulting is an advantage
