• Build a dedicated BIGGER Écoles page/pathway on the Project Soar website • Set up a sequential, module-based learning pathway with progress tracking • Integrate video capsules, simulations, guides, annexes, and practical tools • Create password/login-restricted access for registered CSOs, mentors, and school administrators • Ensure the platform is mobile-friendly and usable on basic smartphones with average connectivity • Organize Arabic labels, navigation, guides, videos, and resources using consistent naming and tagging • Build proof-of-completion notes, knowledge checks, and certificates or downloadable completion PDFs • Test videos, downloads, functionality, desktop/mobile responsiveness, and offline access to resources • Support the two-school pilot with technical assistance and quick fixes • Incorporate pilot feedback and adjust platform structure, content, or functionality • Deliver handover documentation covering content updates, new modules, technical notes, and access management • Communicate proactively with Project Soar, flag content gaps or delays, and obtain sign-off before materials go live
• Demonstrated experience building training/e-learning pages, website-based platforms, or e-learning platforms • Experience organizing videos, guides, and downloadable content into a structured, mobile-friendly learning pathway • Hands-on experience across the full range of deliverables covered by the scope of work • Prior work with scripts, videos, or platform development strongly preferred • Prior experience with the Project Soar website’s existing structure is a strong asset • Availability for the full calendar, including support during the pilot • Ability to build mobile-responsive pages with reliable functionality on basic smartphones and average connectivity • Ability to organize modules, videos, simulations, guides, annexes, proof-of-completion notes, and access management • Ability to provide technical support, testing, adjustments, and handover documentation • Submission of CV, technical and financial proposal, and portfolio of relevant work • Application deadline: September 20, 2026
