📋 Description

• Lead the technical content development and quality assurance of the NOUR sexual harassment prevention toolkit for Moroccan public schools • Develop culturally responsive prevention strategies, awareness materials, reporting and referral approaches, and training content • Co-create the NOUR Toolkit, including training content, prevention guides, film script and storyboard, card game, posters, and survey tools • Co-facilitate participatory ideation workshops with education authorities, school leaders, staff, teachers, students, and other stakeholders • Support the Education Consultant with mentor and staff training, including virtual facilitation as needed and training sessions in Marrakech • Develop baseline and endline student and staff surveys and contribute technical input to data analysis • Participate in monthly project meetings and advise on implementation challenges involving the toolkit and referral systems • Support the Lessons Learned Summit and co-write the final recommendations report for toolkit scale-up • Uphold confidentiality, safeguarding, child protection, safety, dignity, informed participation, and psychosocial well-being standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be registered as an individual auto-entrepreneur, independent consultant, consulting firm, or association with a demonstrated individual expert leading the work • Master’s degree in Education, Gender Studies, Psychology, Social Sciences, Child Protection, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in sexual harassment prevention, GBV prevention, school safeguarding initiatives, or related youth well-being programming • Demonstrated experience collaborating with other consultants • Demonstrated experience developing or implementing sexual harassment solutions and awareness/prevention training programs for schools or educational settings • Strong knowledge of trauma-informed and age-appropriate approaches to sexual harassment prevention for adolescents • Proven ability to navigate sensitive discussions with adolescents and adults respectfully, age-appropriately, trauma-informedly, and with cultural responsiveness • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills • Critical thinking and effective problem-solving capabilities • Ability to work with adolescents and diverse stakeholders • Strong organizational and project management abilities • Commitment to gender equality, child rights, and safeguarding principles • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software tools • French and/or Arabic/Darija highly preferred • Experience with teacher and staff training on sexual harassment prevention and developing referral systems preferred • Familiarity with the Moroccan cultural, educational, and institutional context preferred • Experience working in the MENA region preferred • Experience working with international donors and partners
