📋 Description

• Advise customers on implementing the PROMOS Workflow solution (easysquare workflow) in the SAP environment for commercial real estate management, e.g. tenant changes, terminations, and lettings • Work in interdisciplinary teams comprising developers and consultants from various specialist teams • Analyze and structure issues, develop creative solutions, and present them clearly and comprehensibly • Conduct training sessions and workshops • Support customers’ key users as part of second-level support • Manage (parts of) projects and implement PROMOS Workflow solutions • Handle end-to-end project work, from requirements gathering and process modeling through customer coordination, implementation, testing, and documentation to go-live support

🎯 Requirements

• Strong affinity for IT • Good understanding of complex interrelationships and processes • Interest in technology trends and enthusiasm for continuously learning new things • Ideally, initial professional experience in process modeling or as an (SAP) consultant • Team player who values a respectful and appreciative working environment • Business-fluent German language skills • Willingness to collaborate with German-speaking customers
