📋 Description

• Architect, implement, and manage robust cloud infrastructure using AWS and Azure • Design and build Kubernetes-based infrastructure and applications, including custom operators and Helm applications • Develop and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment • Partner with development and operations teams to ensure production applications are performant, scalable, and reliable • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management systems • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions • Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, networking, deployments, and application runtime • Enhance DevOps workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and accelerate delivery • Champion security best practices and compliance with organizational and industry standards • Mentor junior engineers and elevate the DevOps culture • Innovate and improve system and operational design beyond standard operational tasks • Participate in an on-call rotation, respond to production incidents, and contribute to post-incident reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles • Proven track record of building and supporting production-grade systems • Deep expertise in AWS or Azure and familiarity with EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and related services • Advanced experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including developing Kubernetes Operators • Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins/CloudBees, GitLab CI/CD, Harness, or CircleCI • Hands-on experience automating deployment workflows • Solid understanding of networking, cloud security, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Crossplane • Experience with observability tools such as Coralogix, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams in a collaborative, agile environment • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication in both languages
