• Coordinate global artwork creation and modification projects from brief through final approval • Review incoming requests, assess feasibility and ensure required information is available • Coordinate artwork activities across markets, production sites and external manufacturing partners • Ensure artwork briefs are complete, accurate and aligned with project requirements • Coordinate global stakeholders across affiliates, Regulatory, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, MS&T and Graphic Design • Clarify requirements, resolve issues and align stakeholders throughout projects • Coordinate artwork reviews and approvals • Manage artwork information and metadata in Veeva Vault • Follow up on approvals and ensure timelines are met • Identify and communicate timing, cost or scope impacts • Coordinate artwork forecasts and assess graphic team capacity and workload • Identify risks, discrepancies and bottlenecks and escalate where appropriate • Monitor and maintain artwork-related KPIs • Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation • Support training and knowledge-sharing
• 5+ years of experience in the graphics / artwork / packaging environment • Experience coordinating artwork creation and modification projects • Strong project coordination and organisational skills • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines • Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment • Experience working with customers, affiliates or other stakeholders and managing expectations • Strong analytical and data-management skills • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset • Fluent English, both written and spoken • Degree or equivalent qualification, ideally with a graphics, packaging, print focus
• Global scope across international markets, business units and production sites • End-to-end artwork exposure from initial brief through approval and production • Cross-functional work with Regulatory, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and creative teams • Remote working • Potential for contract extension or a permanent position
