📋 Description

• Act as the main executor and coordinator for new marketing initiatives. • Build and deploy email marketing campaigns in Revinate, from list segmentation through send. • Conduct SMS/MMS outreach for potential customers and advertisers. • Manage database communications, including list segmentation and upkeep. • Develop and implement email and text message marketing campaigns. • Generate content, including using AI. • Optimize advertising spend. • Analyze and identify the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). • Set up and monitor advertising campaigns, measure performance, and recommend changes. • Implement SEO. • Set up and manage a comprehensive marketing and campaign calendar using ClickUp or similar project management tools. • Manage assets, deadlines, and workflows for timely delivery of marketing materials. • Automate campaign and communication workflows. • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Revinate reporting, Google Analytics, and other tools. • Monitor open/click rates, list growth, website traffic, and conversions. • Use data insights to refine and optimize campaign strategies. • Analyze data and use spreadsheets proficiently. • Create and adapt marketing materials in Canva in alignment with company branding. • Collaborate with external graphic designers for advanced design work.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong marketing fundamentals with a proven track record coordinating a wide variety of marketing initiatives. • A ferocious work ethic, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. • Experience with Revinate, or a similar email/CRM marketing platform, is a strong plus. • Hospitality industry experience is helpful, but not required. • Basic graphic design skills using Canva, with the ability to collaborate with external designers as needed. • Strong writing and content creation skills, with experience crafting engaging B2B content. • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello for managing campaign calendars and workflows. • Comfort with AI tools for the purpose of automation and speed of generation. • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with a high level of autonomy. • English proficiency level of C1/C2. • Must use own computer and have reliable internet.

• This is a remote role. • You must use your own computer and have reliable internet. • Training for all technology will be completed by the Propertyse Team. • Communication will occur through Google Meet/virtual platform, email, and portal messaging. • You must have an English proficiency level of C1/C2. • This is a contract role that does not include benefits. • Contracts are completed through Deel and payments are made through Deel in your preferred currency. • Working hours will vary but are typically 9a-6p (with a break).
