📋 Description

• Build and deploy email marketing campaigns in Revinate • Conduct SMS/MMS outreach to potential customers and advertisers • Manage database communications, list segmentation, and list upkeep • Develop and implement email and text message marketing campaigns • Generate content, including with AI tools • Optimize advertising spend • Analyze and identify the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) • Set up and monitor advertising campaigns, measure performance, and recommend changes • Implement SEO • Manage marketing and campaign calendars using ClickUp or similar project management tools • Manage marketing assets, deadlines, and workflows • Automate campaign and communication workflows • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Revinate reporting, Google Analytics, and other tools • Monitor open rates, click rates, list growth, website traffic, and conversions • Refine campaign strategies using data insights • Analyze data and use spreadsheets • Create and adapt branded marketing materials in Canva • Collaborate with external graphic designers for advanced design work

🎯 Requirements

• Strong marketing fundamentals with a proven track record coordinating a wide variety of marketing initiatives • Ferocious work ethic and sharp attention to detail • Ability to work independently and with a high level of autonomy • Experience with Revinate or a similar email/CRM marketing platform is a strong plus • Hospitality industry experience is helpful but not required • Basic graphic design skills using Canva • Strong writing and content creation skills, including engaging B2B content • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello • Comfort with AI tools for automation and speed of generation • English proficiency at C1/C2 level • Own computer and reliable internet required
