• Provide high-quality Medical Information service via phone and email • Answering technical questions about designated products • Log all inquiries accurately and timely • Translate documents and quality check responses • Manage confidential information in compliance with regulations
🎯 Requirements
• Completed life science degree • Mother tongue/C1 level in Spanish • Fluency in English • Strong translation skills • Excellent phone manner • Ability to manage busy workload and prioritize • Attention to detail • Ability to work unsupervised
