📋 Description

• The Campaign Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of campaign setup, execution, and documentation across multiple clients. • Conduct daily or rotating audits of client materials, reports, and campaign documents across assigned accounts. • Review and confirm the accuracy of key campaign elements including creative flighting, budget entries, traffic instructions, holiday/airing restrictions, and buying restrictions. • Document all audit results clearly and escalate any discrepancies to the ICS Operations Manager. • Collaborate with Account Coordinators on campaign QC and ensure all reviews are approved by designated AM or AS. • Complete formal error documentation reports for any issues that reach market and propose resolutions. • Partner with the ICS Operations Manager and New Innovator Operations role to test and implement efficiency solutions including piloting AI tools. • Support process innovation and workflow refinement through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a media, operations, traffic, or auditing role preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with media or reporting tools a plus • Experience reviewing structured documentation (schedules, budgets, reports, etc.) • Interest in operational innovation, systems thinking, and QC methodologies • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred but not required
