📋 Description

• Contacting prospective customers by phone regarding 24-hour care services • Assessing their needs and conducting conversations in a trusting, professional manner • Handling prospective customer inquiries with a focus on conversion • Documenting conversations

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level German proficiency, both written and spoken • Enjoyment of making phone calls, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented approach • Confident use of Excel • Reliability, empathy, and assertiveness • Structured and organized working style • Willingness to work 20 hours per week • Working hours on weekdays from 12:00–15:00 and 18:00–19:00; no deviations are possible
