📋 Description

• Market and manage clients via the company CRM • Respond to inbound client inquiries and provide information using clear communication • Share program details with prospective clients by phone and email; no cold calling • Build relationships and guide clients through structured processes • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions • Manage personal schedule and workflow with support from an experienced leadership team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years full-time work experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Confidence using basic digital tools, including email, video calls, and online forms • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Genuine interest in professional and personal growth • Fluency in English • Must currently reside in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the US, Canada, or Europe • Not open to students or applicants with less than 5 years of full-time experience • No prior experience in sales, marketing, or consulting required; full training provided
