📋 Description

• Operate and maintain customers’ NetScaler/ADC environments • Ensure reliable, secure, and high-quality service delivery • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Azure DevOps • Continuously develop Infrastructure-as-Code approaches • Proactively optimize customer environments for stability, performance, security, and automation • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues • Support incidents, changes, and technical escalations • Take responsibility for small and medium-sized service-related projects, from technical design through implementation • Provide technical advice to customers and support the ongoing development of their infrastructure • Serve as a technical liaison • Create and maintain technical documentation • Share knowledge and collaborate with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience operating and developing complex IT infrastructures, as well as working in service or project environments • Solid knowledge of Citrix NetScaler/ADC • Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Ansible, Git, or CI/CD is an advantage • Enthusiasm for new technologies and the ability to independently learn new subject areas • Customer- and service-oriented mindset with a solution-focused approach • Team player • Structured, independent working style with a strong sense of ownership • Confident and professional manner when dealing with customers and colleagues • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
