📋 Description

• Provide direct support to the General Counsel • Support licensing and contract work managed by the General Counsel • Own timelines and track multiple workstreams • Drive projects to completion without close supervision • Support an executive or senior leader in an administrative or executive assistant capacity • Work independently and asynchronously with a distributed, cross-border team

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree highly preferred with equivalent hands-on paralegal experience • Demonstrated project management skills, including owning timelines, tracking multiple workstreams, and driving completion without close supervision • Experience supporting an executive or senior leader in an administrative or executive assistant capacity is a strong plus • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, especially around dates, deadlines, and document accuracy • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Comfortable working independently and asynchronously as part of a distributed, cross-border team • Based in Latin America • Must be able to overlap with U.S. business hours • Must provide own equipment
