📋 Description

• Develop and implement advanced cybersecurity strategies focused on protecting financial and digital operations • Prevent, detect, and investigate banking and financial fraud, especially in scenarios involving Pix, TED, bank slips, and digital payments • Conduct Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), identifying threats, attack patterns, indicators of compromise, and suspicious behaviors • Perform Threat Modeling and risk assessments to identify and mitigate critical threats • Monitor, investigate, and respond to security events using Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR) • Develop, implement, and enhance detection rules, event correlation, alerts, and automated response mechanisms • Conduct advanced threat analysis using frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK • Lead or participate in responses to complex security incidents, from investigation through the definition and implementation of containment and mitigation actions • Assess vulnerabilities, risks, and security controls, proposing technical and architectural improvements • Participate in security testing, penetration testing, and specialized technical audits • Design and implement advanced security controls, considering system availability, integrity, confidentiality, and resilience • Define and evolve security policies, standards, procedures, and controls in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements • Monitor and manage security tools and technologies, including SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS, and EDR • Work closely with clients, understanding business and security challenges, proposing solutions, and leading technical discussions • Produce technical documentation, reports, risk analyses, and security recommendations • Serve as a technical cybersecurity authority, supporting internal teams and sharing knowledge • Contribute to training, the dissemination of best practices, and the advancement of the environment’s security maturity • Act proactively in critical situations, demonstrating analytical, prioritization, and technical decision-making skills

🎯 Requirements

• Strong cybersecurity experience in a role equivalent to Senior/Staff Engineer, Tech Lead, Principal Engineer, Cybersecurity Consultant, or Cybersecurity Specialist • Hands-on experience in fintech, banking, payments, or highly critical financial operations environments • Experience with banking and digital fraud prevention and detection • Knowledge of fraud scenarios involving Pix, TED, bank slips, and digital payments • Experience with Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) and threat analysis • Experience with Threat Modeling and risk analysis • Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK • Experience with SIEM/SOAR, preferably Microsoft Sentinel • Knowledge of security monitoring, investigation, and incident response processes • Knowledge of security controls, vulnerabilities, security testing, and technical audits • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify risks, and propose technical solutions • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders • Self-directed, proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset
