📋 Description

• Manage the operations of a global IVR system • Assist with the deployment of applications to AWS and on-premises architectures • Monitor performance and stability of the IVR environment in all regions • Respond to operational needs in a timely manner • Requires some evening and weekend work, depending on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with AWS S3, EC2, Auto scaling, CloudFormation and CloudWatch • Familiarity with Unix ( MacOS and Linux versions ) • Familiarity with MySQL commands and syntax • Network basics ( nslookup, ping, netcat, traceroute, tcpdump, etc ) • Experience with IAC (Infrastructure as Code) • Experience configuring ASG setup • Experience with Lambda and horizontal scaling • Coordinate and collaborate well with other team members and external partners • Familiarity with Apache Tomcat and Apache HTTP Server • Familiarity with Cisco Splunk querying • Familiarity with Genesys configuration manager • Some understanding of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) • Experience with IVRs • Familiarity with Call Center Systems Operations
