📋 Description

• Build working AI agents, demos, sample applications, and reusable templates demonstrating real-world Blocks.ai use cases • Create technical tutorials, articles, videos, workshops, and developer education materials • Engage with developers through GitHub, Discord, technical forums, community events, and hackathons • Help developers troubleshoot integrations and connect agents, applications, and services • Identify onboarding friction and provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering, including reproduction steps and improvement recommendations • Collaborate on documentation, SDKs, APIs, and developer tooling improvements • Support technical workshops, demos, and developer discussions with prospective enterprise customers • Track developer engagement, successful integrations, active agents, and ecosystem adoption • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth to improve platform accessibility and usefulness • Enable developers to build and connect working AI agents and turn feedback into practical improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Software Engineering, or a similar developer-facing technical role • Strong hands-on programming experience in Python, TypeScript, or another relevant language • Practical experience building AI agents, LLM-powered applications, or integrations using APIs and frameworks • Experience creating technical content, developer demos, workshops, or sample applications • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to developers with different experience levels • Strong problem-solving skills and a developer-first mindset • Experience collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to improve developer experiences • Strong English communication and presentation skills • Familiarity with MCP, agent-to-agent communication, or multi-agent architectures • Experience with emerging AI-agent frameworks and tools • Contributions to open-source projects or developer communities • Experience supporting technical evaluations, integrations, or enterprise developer adoption
