📋 Description
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, customer problems, and product opportunities. • Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation. • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to support successful product delivery. • Participate in product discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement-gathering discussions. • Assist in prioritising product enhancements and improvements based on customer needs and business value. • Analyse customer feedback, product usage data, and market insights to identify improvement opportunities. • Support product releases by coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring requirements are clearly understood. • Stay updated with technology trends and effectively use AI tools, including LLM-based tools, to improve productivity, research, analysis, and product development processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field • Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, product ownership, or a similar role within a technology/software product environment • Exposure to complex software products and experience working with engineering and cross-functional teams • Ability to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear product requirements • Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams • Understanding of Agile development methodologies and product management practices • Self-driven individual who can independently manage responsibilities while working collaboratively with the wider team.
