PUM is an impact-driven, volunteer-based development organization that connects experienced experts with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and local organizations to provide management, technical and sector-specific assistance. It supports sustainable economic, social and ecological development across agriculture, food processing, healthcare, ICT, manufacturing and other sectors through capacity building, consultancy and hands-on projects in about 30 countries. PUM runs thousands of collaborations annually to strengthen local entrepreneurship, improve operations and promote inclusive growth.

📋 Description

• Identify and acquire new SME clients aligned with PUM’s mission • Promote PUM’s mission and build trust with entrepreneurs and local partners • Build and maintain networks with business clubs, entrepreneurs, and professionals • Partner with entrepreneurs pursuing sustainable and inclusive business growth • Coordinate collaboration between entrepreneurs and PUM experts for smooth project implementation • Deliver a minimum of 10 successful projects per year • Act as the first point of contact and ambassador for PUM clients in Ho Chi Minh City • Expand PUM’s reach and create lasting impact for local entrepreneurs and communities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of proven success in building and maintaining customer relationships • Strong acquisition and project management skills • Deep knowledge of the socio-economic context, language, and culture of Vietnam • Experience as an entrepreneur with a strategic approach toward building a client portfolio • Strong interview and listening skills to identify clients’ needs and translate them into opportunities • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese • Excellent communication skills • Available approximately 12–16 hours per week, spread across multiple days • Confident using digital tools, particularly Microsoft 365 • Well-connected across SMEs, business associations, institutions, incubators, and government • Must live in Ho Chi Minh City • Reference checks and a declaration of good conduct are part of the selection process • CV and motivation letter must be submitted in English
