📋 Description

• Provide expert HR guidance to Engineering, Product, and Operations leaders • Partner with the CTO, VPs, and People Leaders to align people strategy with the product roadmap • Lead workforce planning and restructuring initiatives • Optimize global organizational design models • Drive the end-to-end talent lifecycle, including performance management, calibration, and leadership identification • Analyze people metrics and trends to inform executive decision-making • Support managers with complex casework and employee relations issues • Lead the people-side of organizational change • Analyze CultureAmp engagement survey data and execute action plans to improve retention and morale • Collaborate with People Operations and Legal on employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, and compliance changes • Refine remote-first workflows for onboarding, contract changes, and exits • Promote company values in daily work

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an HRBP supporting Engineering and Product teams • Understanding of tech terminology, including sprints and product lifecycles • Experience managing remote/global teams • Strong understanding of international labor standards • Experience with Deel is a plus • Experience coaching leaders on performance management, team dynamics, and effective leadership • Ability to navigate organizational change • Data-driven approach to recommendations • Ability to handle sensitive employee relations with emotional intelligence and professional ethics • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Professional courage to challenge the status quo and diplomacy to influence others • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a pragmatic focus • 5+ years of experience supporting Engineering and Product leaders
