📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end financial planning, reporting, and forecasting for operating expenses • Own the FP&A OpEx close, analyze variances, and prepare monthly management reporting packs including P&L, dashboards, and board inputs • Partner with Accounting on accruals and prepayments • Own planning, trend analysis, and variance commentary for non-people OpEx • Track cost efficiency metrics and ensure accurate TM1 mapping • Lead annual OpEx budget cycles and recurring reforecasts • Build driver-based forecasting models and support Long-Range Planning scenario modeling • Consolidate OpEx, workforce, and revenue forecasts into a group view in TM1 • Support the FP&A Director in presenting to the CFO, ELT, and Board • Act as strategic finance partner to department heads, translating numbers into actionable insights and challenging spend assumptions • Ensure TM1 remains the single source of truth versus NetSuite actuals • Drive reporting automation, refine Google Sheets dashboards, and streamline close and budget cycles

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years in finance with 2–3+ years in FP&A • Experience owning end-to-end close/budget cycles and partnering directly with non-finance stakeholders • Tech, SaaS, or scale-up background strongly preferred • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills • Hands-on experience with corporate planning tools such as TM1/Cognos, Anaplan, or Adaptive • Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred • Strong grasp of core accounting concepts, including accruals, prepayments, OpEx vs. CapEx • Commercial mindset, structured thinking, strong communication skills, and confidence to challenge budget assumptions constructively • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • Fluent in English; Lithuanian is an advantage • Immigration-related employment support, such as visa sponsorship or transfer, is not available
