📋 Description

• Define and drive a DevSecOps strategy with secure, automated CI/CD pipelines at scale • Build and evolve API platforms, including gateways and developer portals • Embed security by design throughout the development lifecycle • Establish governance and standards for API lifecycle management, including versioning, throttling, and analytics • Accelerate adoption of infrastructure as code, containerization, and orchestration • Monitor performance and security, respond to risks, and continuously improve • Lead cloud-native and microservices transformations • Guide and inspire engineers and specialists • Explore new tools and strengthen platform capabilities • Connect teams and deliver clear, scalable platform solutions across an international organization

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in IT, Information Security, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or API management • 3+ years in a leadership role • Experience designing and running CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or ArgoCD • Fluency with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM • Experience applying GitOps and policy-as-code • Experience integrating security into development, including code scanning, container security, and secrets management • Experience managing API platforms such as Apigee, Kong, Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway, or MuleSoft • Understanding of API design, OAuth2, JWT, mTLS, and API governance • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and service meshes • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or New Relic • Strategic thinking, decisiveness, and ability to communicate across technical and business teams • Certifications such as CKA, AWS DevOps Engineer, CISSP, or API platform certifications are advantageous
