📋 Description

• Assume leadership responsibility for expanding the Insurance unit • Strategically develop the Insurance Competence Center • Establish efficient processes, data-driven performance management, and best practices • Further develop the service portfolio in the insurance sector • Provide subject-matter support for pre-sales and identify new business opportunities in the DACH region • Take responsibility for business-driven testing initiatives • Build reusable accelerators • Lead insurance transformation testing from conception through implementation • Strengthen the visibility and positioning of the Competence Center through industry-focused formats and events • Coordinate external testing teams • Ensure alignment with business departments, business analysts, and developers • Create test plans and test concepts • Plan, manage, and monitor testing activities across projects • Apply suitable test types and test levels while monitoring quality and risks • Further develop test strategies and promote test automation • Provide pragmatic, hands-on support to projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of test management experience in the insurance industry • Experience with complex transformation and modernization initiatives • Ideally, experience in the msg, msg life, or msg systems environment, or in comparable programs on the insurer side or in consulting • Knowledge of core modernization, policy portfolio migration, and portal and partner integration • Proficiency with Jira, Xray, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps • Program and project management experience • Strong hands-on mentality and a high level of accountability • Thorough and solution-oriented approach to work • High flexibility and willingness to travel • Professional demeanor and clear communication skills • Very good German language skills (C1) • Very good English language skills • ISTQB certification, ideally at Advanced Level, is an advantage
