📋 Description

• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends and opportunities, and propose operational improvements • Develop analyses and management reports, turning data into strategic insights to support decision-making • Prepare executive PowerPoint presentations for clients and leadership • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend continuous improvement actions • Conduct training on KPIs and data analysis tools for operational teams • Work collaboratively with Operations, Commercial, Quality, and Compliance teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in intelligence analysis, research, or a related analytical role • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Quality Management, Management Processes, Statistics, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, Agronomy, or related fields • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with data analysis and data handling • Experience preparing management reports • Knowledge of quality control and process auditing.
