📋 Description

• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, opportunities and proposing operational improvements • Develop analyses and management reports, turning data into strategic insights to support decision-making • Prepare executive PowerPoint presentations for clients and leadership • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend continuous improvement actions • Deliver training on KPIs and data analysis tools to operational teams • Work collaboratively with Operations, Commercial, Quality and Compliance teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in intelligence analysis, research or a related analytical role • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Quality Management, Business Processes, Statistics, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, Agronomy, or related fields • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint • Experience in data analysis and data processing • Experience preparing management reports • Knowledge of quality control and process auditing.
