📋 Description

• Ensure correct implementation of the Scrum framework, acting as the team's facilitator. • Remove impediments that affect the team's productivity. • Assist the Product Owner in identifying and prioritizing the Product Backlog. • Keep the team aligned with agile practices, promoting engagement and collaboration. • Apply principles and practices of agile development (Agile Manifesto, Scrum, and Kanban). • Encourage the use of UX (User Experience) and usability concepts in application development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field. • Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Agile Manifesto). • Ability to apply usability and user experience (UX) concepts in product development. • Capacity to support the Product Owner in backlog management. • Familiarity with credit and debit card products. • Mandatory certification: CSM (Scrum Alliance) or PSM (Scrum.org).
