📋 Description

• Lead, together with the squad, the design and evolution of backend AI components • Define and standardize: API contracts (REST) • Response structures • Traceability and evidence • Design and implement flows: Synchronous (e.g., real-time chat) • Asynchronous (e.g., batch ingestion and reprocessing) • Develop and optimize LLM inference services • Create and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines • Manage the lifecycle of data and indices • Continuously monitor systems • Ensure compliance with: LGPD • Support requirements definition and technical communication with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field • Hands-on experience with applied Machine Learning • Generative AI (LLMs) • Architectures with RAG • Experience in production environments with: Monitoring • Logs and metrics • Incident management • SLOs • Advanced Python (for AI) • Prompt Engineering • NLP and embeddings • API architecture & integration (REST) • Service-based architectures • Docker infrastructure • Containerized environments (e.g., Nomad) • GPU-based execution • Data and Search • Vector databases (e.g., Milvus) • Hybrid search (e.g., Elasticsearch) • Index modeling, metadata, and scalability • Engineering and DevOps: Git / GitFlow / GitLab CI/CD • Best practices for code, testing, and documentation
