📋 Description

• Own end-to-end data models feeding Product, Growth, and Ops Finance analytics • Design and ship scalable dbt models and tests • Partner daily with Business Analysts across Product, Growth, and Ops Finance • Push back on requests that trade long-term reliability for quick fixes • Help migrate parts of the data stack to a more scalable setup, including the move to Omni • Take projects from discovery through delivery and follow up on their real-world impact • Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, testing, and modeling while retaining judgment over decisions • Help shape Analytics Engineering standards and practices at Qonto

🎯 Requirements

• Strong in dbt and SQL, especially dimensional modeling • Experience shipping production-grade models used by other teams for dashboards • Ability to challenge stakeholder requests that would hurt data quality while maintaining the relationship • Ability to design models that remain effective over time and balance "good enough now" versus "perfect later" • Experience using AI tools for modeling, documentation, or test generation • Readiness to own projects end-to-end • For senior profiles, ability to help raise the team's standards
