📋 Description

• Craft new customer-facing web features within a squad team, owning quality from design through production • Lead design discussions and contribute to guild-wide technical improvements • Raise the bar for developer experience across peers • Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, Mobile, and other Tech teams • Use AI to explore the codebase, draft technical designs, prototype solutions, and accelerate delivery • Contribute to and use Qonto's design system and UI library • Improve team tools and processes across multiple levels • Share learnings and help scale effective AI workflows across the frontend guild • Work in autonomous squad teams with clear project missions and full product ownership

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience using React.js • Proficiency in HTML and CSS • Ability to write pure CSS without relying on CSS libraries such as Tailwind • Strong attention to detail • Clear, organized, concise, and accurate communication • Ability to leverage AI for research, writing, coding, and testing while validating outputs • Good judgment and ability to protect product reliability and user trust
