📋 Description

• Craft new features for customers within a squad team, owning quality from design through production • Lead design discussions and contribute to guild-wide improvements • Improve developer experience across peers • Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, Mobile, and other technology teams • Use AI to explore the codebase, draft technical designs, prototype solutions, and accelerate delivery • Contribute to and use Qonto’s design system and UI library • Experiment with AI tools, share learnings, and scale effective practices across the guild • Improve team tools and processes • Work in a squad team of 5 to 10 people with clear project missions, a team lead, and full product ownership

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience using React.js • Proficiency in frontend engineering • Proficiency in HTML and CSS • Ability to write pure CSS without relying on CSS libraries such as Tailwind • Attention to detail and commitment to quality • Clear, organized, concise, and accurate communication • Ability to leverage AI for research, writing, coding, and testing while validating outputs • Strong judgment and ability to protect product reliability and user trust • Must be living in or willing to relocate to Germany, France, Italy, Serbia, or Spain
