📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain new and existing applications • Produce and ship high-quality, well-documented code • Co-own services architecture, resilience, scalability, and robustness using Domain-Driven Design principles • Contribute to technical leadership and mentorship of other engineers • Work in cross-functional teams to shape finance solutions • Contribute to product discovery, technical decisions, building and releasing solutions • Monitor production performance and steadily raise quality standards • Build and operate customer-facing product features or scalable platform foundations • Participate in the Backend Guild to share knowledge and shape technical standards

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience working on user-facing products • Exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications • Pragmatic, product-driven approach to problem solving • Interest in solving problems and delivering customer value • Best practices regarding code quality, testing, and code reviews • Good communication skills and ability to work with non-technical colleagues • Fluent in English
