📋 Description

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, end-to-end, and integration testing of new and existing iOS functionality • Review specifications, identify risks and edge cases, prepare test cases and checklists • Validate redesigned UI across different screen sizes, device families, and iOS versions • Develop and maintain automated tests to expand regression coverage • Contribute end-to-end tests for new functionality and cover features lacking developer-written tests • Help migrate the existing test automation framework to Swift-based automation • Test REST APIs and JSON responses • Validate integrations and real-time data flows • Analyze network traffic using Charles Proxy or Proxyman • Investigate issues using device logs and debugging tools • Collaborate with the Android team on cross-platform functionality • Integrate and maintain automated tests in CI/CD pipelines • Use AI tools for test design, automation, code reviews, and debugging • Own the testing process end to end and drive features through testing to successful release

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience testing native mobile applications, with a focus on iOS • Understanding of platform-specific features, guidelines, and limitations (Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design) • Hands-on experience building and maintaining mobile automated tests using Appium, XCUITest, and/or Espresso • Ability to design a scalable test automation framework from scratch using patterns such as Page Object or Screenplay • Proficiency in at least one programming language used for test automation: Kotlin, Java, Swift, Python, or TypeScript • Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable test code • Solid understanding of functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing • Experience with equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, decision tables, and pairwise testing • Ability to write clear test cases, checklists, and bug reports • Experience testing REST APIs and working with JSON • Familiarity with Postman, Swagger, REST Assured, Retrofit, or requests • Basic understanding of WebSockets and real-time data testing • Experience using Charles Proxy, Proxyman, or Fiddler for traffic interception and mocking • Ability to inspect logs using Xcode Console, Android Studio Logcat, and adb • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Bitrise • Willingness to use AI-assisted tools in everyday engineering workflows • English at B1 level or above and Russian at C2 level
