📋 Description

• Support project portfolio management by monitoring KPIs, schedules, costs, and risks. • Promote the standardization of project management methodologies, processes, and tools. • Serve as a liaison between managers, teams, and stakeholders to ensure the efficient execution of strategic initiatives. • Track project planning and execution. • Monitor schedules, scope, costs, risks, and performance indicators. • Consolidate and prepare management reports and executive dashboards. • Ensure the organization’s project management methodology is applied. • Support managers in identifying and addressing variances and risks. • Conduct critical analyses of project progress and propose corrective actions. • Manage the project portfolio and prioritization process. • Facilitate progress meetings and present status updates to stakeholders. • Organize and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action plans, and records. • Support continuous improvements to project management processes. • Track KPIs and the results of initiatives. • Promote project governance and compliance with internal policies. • Support managers in identifying project financial variances. • Analyze and measure contract performance. • Control payment workflows. • Provide support and manage contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. • Experience in project management and project tracking. • Knowledge of PMBOK, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), or hybrid methodologies. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, Planner, Power BI, among others). • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. • Strategic and business-oriented mindset. • Analytical thinking and results orientation. • Ability to manage priorities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Organization and attention to detail. • Proactivity and problem-solving skills. • Advanced English is a plus.
